Senior HR Business Partner

General Requirements::

  • Higher professional education in HR or a related field;j
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant area;
  • Knowledge of the Labour Code of the RoK ;
  • Legal and technical literacy, ability to work with regulatory and legislative acts;
  • Proficiency in 1С - Enterprise (8.0) HRM system and advanced level of MS Office;
  • HRCI/SHRM/CIPD professional certifications would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, and English languages on an advanced level.
  • Fluent English is a must;

Duties and functions:

  • Creating partnerships with managers and staff of the Company;
  • Provision of comprehensive support in the area of personnel management;
  • Identify and analyze staffing needs across the company and guide personnel planning forecasts;
  • Support the line management with the recruitment process;
  • Ensure that all the people processes are implemented according to the internal HR procedures;
  • Participate in Organization design process, support line management in delivery of Organization chart review with all necessary supporting documents;
  • Participate in PDA and People Review process, consult and train employees, collect required documents, ensure reporting;
  • Participate in arranging training programs in accordance with the training plan (on demand);
  • Ensure compliance with Company’s requirements and provide a professional counsel on Company’s HR related procedures;
  • Ensure and support the top-down and bottom-up communication as a facilitator;

Key required skills:

  • Location: Sozak district, Turkestan Region
  • Schedule: Rotational 15/13, 11-hour workday (8:00–20:00 with lunch)
